The service is quick and they have great communication. I’ve always been a little nervous to take my car to the shop but they were all so nice and made it super easy. I dropped my car off in the afternoon for coolant system issues and they had it ready by the morning next day. Definitely the best service ive ever gotten from an auto shop. I would only take my car to this place from here on out. Super reliable!!

Love this place; super honest mechanics. 🧰 I don’t have the fear of being overcharged or told that I need unnecessary repairs. They are sweet and accommodating. I live in McKinney and drive here bc they are that good !

My car had poor fuel efficiency, and I expected a major engine problem. They ran diagnostics and found the issue was actually related to clogged air filters and improper tire pressure. After fixing those small things, mileage improved noticeably without expensive repairs.

Al’s auto repair has done work for multiple people in my household. They have fair prices and are easy to work with. I got an oil change and it took 20 minutes, no additional upsells or extra fees. They will be my go to repair shop for the foreseeable future!

This was the first time I took my car to an independent mechanic so I was nervous but the dealership was getting way too expensive. I received my car in timely and good condition, it’s been a week since my spark plugs got replaced and I’ve had no complications. Only thing is whoever maintenance my car changed a lot of settings like headlight, radio, air flow, and seat position. But overall great experience!

I called them up the day after the bad ice storm and they got me in quick, were great with communication along the repair process, and got it done in a very timely manner. The manufacturer had sent a bad alternator that they replaced in my truck, I called them up about it and made it right with no troubles at all. Very professional shop with an open line of communication and will continue to bring my vehicles to them, knowing I’m in good hands even when dealing with bad situations. Couldn’t recommend them more!

There is no other auto shop to go to in this entire city. Above anything else, the best auto body shop is driven by ethics, and that is all to be said about Al's. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are fast, they are affordable, and they make me feel like I don't even have to call my dad to triple check any of their recommendations. The best, no other way to put it. Don't waste your time or your money anywhere else.
